funny sights...

I posted before that I am a people watcher. Watching other people's mannerisms and behaviors are funny to me. While my husband was driving back home on Easter, I watched other people in cars.

You have the hand talkers, the grips of death at exactly 10 and 2 with their seats pressed up to the steering wheel and the nose pickers. Oh my the nose pickers! This woman wasn't just picking at her nose. She was neurotically digging. Every time we were next to her on the highway, she was digging for gold. One hand on the steering wheel and the other up her left nostril. (that just reminded me of one hand in my pocket from Alanis M)

Which reminds me, the singers, I'm one of them. All emotional about it too. Kinda like in Tommy Boy. "don't you remember you told me you'd love me baby..." Well, maybe not all the time, but I sing constantly when I'm alone. This mornings drive to work...it will be cake(it's a band).

Anywho, I'm off to drive to work and watch other people do the same!

OH Tommy Boy, was there ever a funnier movie made? I'm a people watcher too. One time at a red light, a downs syndrome boy and myself caught each other's eyes and we both smiled. It made both of our days (I could tell it made his because he then turned to tell everyone else in his car who, in turn, looked at me and smiled).

Kids are so much fun when you see them in other cars!

you wave at them and they get so embarrassed and shocked that you noticed them.

I forgot that till I read yours!

Interesting. If I rear end someone on the way to work tomorrow because I'm watching people drive, it's your fault! ;-)

How do you write that up in a police report?

Sorry officer, I was to busy counting how many times I saw people pick their noses while driving.
