Random thoughts from the shower....

The quiet 15 minutes that start your day, the morning shower, always filled with mindless, fluttering thoughts. Is it that your mind is waking up from the restless sleep from the water? Thoughts pour in...

* I wonder how many wound patients I have this morning?

* ugh...work

* I have an appointment @ 5, I hope my mom can pick up JC....

* wow, a new appointment, I hope she's nice...paying for someone to talk to thing doesn't always sit well, but I need a change...

* (looking at my feet) yikes, I need a pedicure if I'm going to be wearing sandals.

* Did I ever wear sandals in high school?

* I wonder if I can still play the flute if I tried...( as I type this I wonder if PBJBOATS can...

* I had fun playing catch with JC last night.

* I wish I could play softball again...

* yeah, I'm to chubby to run right now...

*I was never great a sports, but something about catching a ball in your old mitt feels great....especially with JC.

* Wow did he throw hard, it had "stang" on it, what bruiser...

*(washing hair) wow my hair is getting long, I'm way past due for a cut ...

*I wonder what would happen if I ever just "quit" my job, I wish. I don't want to go today or any day. I'm pretty bored there. Very little job satisfaction, how can I change it?

* I gotta get moving...almost time to wake JC up

*This morning is flying by, wow this water is hot, need to fix the faucet too...

* I haven't had Starbucks for well over a month...I so want

* should I go curly today or dry my hair...who knew I could ever do "scrunch curls"?

There you have it 15 minutes of random thoughts from a donut in the shower...nothing profound for sure, just my morning.

what is this "pay people to listen" stuff? I'm a therapist who is tired of all the medical billing stuff...where do I sign up/ find people to talk to me?

Well, last year I gave away my flute to a budding young musician with a shortage of funds. Of course I had to try it out one last time before handing it over. I thought I did rather well, my boys, however, covered their ears and ran!!
