JC's off to first grade...

First grade, wow.

Last year we sent you off with a dino back pack, this year you chose camouflage...

Last year you were quiet and timid beforehand, this year you were talkative with nervous energy.

We saw the tear, but have no fears JC, you can do it!

Here goes nothing... our first grader!
My how you have grown up this year! We are very proud of you and are happy for all the wonderful things that lie ahead. But Most importantly... we love you.

My daughter rode the bus to school for the first time today. The kids on our street wait on the corner because we live on a culdesac. She didn't want me to walk her to the corner. Being almost 9 and in 3rd grade she didn't want to seem babyish. My 5 year old starts all day kindergarten tomorrow. He doesn't get to ride the bus tomorrow because of the half-day kids, but friday they will ride the bus together. My 3 year old is probably going to be ticked about not going to school with them. They seem to get bigger right before our eyes don't they! :)

Hey when is JC's birthday? Him and Missy are both the same age. Maybe we can do an arranged marriage? hahaha. He's adorable. We went from a Bratz book bag to Cheerleading this year! ...... next wed is our day!

He looks so handsome, I wanted to say cute but he is a big guy now and that would not be cool to say.
I've been well trained by my son.
Don't they just grow up so fast? Mine will go this coming week. The summer went to fast.
