I did it...

WW and I are now like dating or something like that. I see them once a week, spend money on them and put lots of time and effort into it. Yup, just like dating isn't it? Maybe with less making out or something.

So, I'm dating weight watchers...shh...don't tell my husband. That could be kinda scandalous. '

Yes, I'm a complete dork.

My 8 am meeting went quite well. My leader seem very nice and encouraging, but I'm not one to have sunshine blown up..well you know where...that part. Maybe positive encouragement will work. I just want to be held accountable each week and have the help of being monitored. Hopefully I will learn good tips and learn to accept encouragement.

On Tuesday morning I weighed the most I have ever, EVER weighed. I got scared, ashamed and discouraged. How could I have let myself go like that? What! 2 years ago I lost about 40 pounds and put it all back on and then some...

Well, since Tuesday I have lost almost 6 pounds. Yes, water weight as my husband said, but still it counts right?

Here I go...my journey to weight loss, with a new friend WW.

Wahoo! Nice loss! That's gotta be some good start-up motivation, eh?

Good job and way to commit. It is always better in a group, especially for women.

Congrats on the loss!

Are you doing flex or core?

I've been a member of WW online since April 2004 on flex. I lost almost 75 pounds and have gained about 25 back :( But I'm back on track and have about 15 to go.

Way to go! W.W. has been the only program I have been able to be on and have success at and am able to bounce right back if I fall off track. It's a great program...but I think most people that have tried to lose weight know what the answer is, just eat less and move more....but it is good to have the accountability and a friend to root you on....no matter what or how you try to lose....Good for you girl...

WAY TO GO! I'm so very proud of you! You took the first and most difficult step.

I have to slightly disagree with Mr. Eyebrow, you had a six pound loss, that is that. You completely changed your diet - you cut out the crap and made healthier choices - it's not all water weight. Not at all. GO YOU!
