Reunion update, one night down

Well, I did manage to get myself dressed like a big girl, thanks for all your comments. I went bold, for me anyways. I had red patent leather high heels on! Me? So, not the norm. I did go with the wrap shirt, but in black. Red tank underneath, push up bra of course. But, when you don't have much to push up, it's kinda not worth the hassle. I added a chunky red necklace, a different pair of jeans and bought myself a new red coach wristlet to match...I was feeling red. Not to mention matching red nails. Crooked Eyebrow got a manicure and pedicure!

It was great, I had a lot of fun. Sheryl, you were missed. Jen, you're a hoot! But we didn't get a picture of us together! I do have a few shots. I didn't get any full view pictures for me to show you my outfit so these pictures will have to do.

My self photo since I was the only one home before I left...

My best friend from high school

A small group shot...can you find More than a single mom?
(brown shirt)

Some other friends. The one in the middle decided to be my date for tonight's reunion!

The first night was just a meet up at the local bars in town after the football game. Which, I did not make it to. I was hoping I would go so I could see my wonderful men again! Go Bulldogs!

One thing I did realize that 10 years may have past, but mostly everyone looked the same, just bigger. So, I'm not feeling bad for being a lot heavier since 1997. Also, you know those "cliques"? They still happen 10 years later. You know "the group", jocks, preps, what have you...they still only stuck to themselves. Some things don't change. I was just happy to see everyone and I am so glad I went. Hopefully tonight is just as fun!

Now...what to wear for a "formal" reunion.
Would this dress look ok?

Strapless, black with red sash. Yeah, I know, I'm trouble getting dressed.

You look great!

I've never been to my reunions. I went to high school and university in Nova Scotia and didn't keep in touch with anyone.

WOW! You looked great. And yes, of course the black dress looks awesome on you, wear it.
Great pictures!

I looked for you last night at the game, but I didn't see you. It was a heart breaker. I can even post about it yet I'm still upset. This is our first DAC game we lost in three years.

I love people taking photos of themselves. Very cool and candid! Thanks for sharing.

Good luck with the weight loss (surprised you think you need it, but good luck anyway!) :)

Enjoyed your reunion post and laughed at your clique comment at the end! Everyone was still a bit were clique-ish at our 5th and 10th year reunions, but by the 20th all "clique barriers" were gone. Everyone mingled like grownups. It was very pleasant.
