I know! I love it. Love it.
I re-watched it just now just to get those chills.

That man's life has been changed forever.

Did I tell you how much I love it yet?

OH MY, I can't take it. I just showed the first video to Brian and he, too, had chills.

AMAZING - Great find, CE!

My sister (Beth) called me to watch this video and that mans voice is unbelievable!!! I wasn't planning on crying tonight but there wasn't much choice in it for me.

Great job finding this! I'm glad I had the chance to listen to such an amazing talent.

I hate crying. I've watched this video more than a few times now and I got funny looks at work for my reaction to it.

Even though no one there professed a love (or like) of opera.

Philistines.

This guy's popularity just shows how desperate and hungry the general public is for a couple of things:

1) To be reminded that good things can happen to people who work hard for them and, correspondingly, deserve them. This as opposed to the unholy Hilton/Spears/Lohan triumvirate of evil.

2) Culture. Pure and beautiful, culture.; A release from shit-tastic, mindless pabulum that's pandered to the lowest common denominator in today's society.

You almost never hear Puccini writing about busting caps in some ho's ass....

Buy the guys album...

Wow, made me cry, too! Love that 2nd song, though.
So...am I assuming he won the show?? or is it not over yet?
He has to win, right?

I thought I saw him perform on TV a few weeks ago, when I was channel-surfing....was it Ellen? The Emmy's? Something with an E, I think. I caught it at the end of his performance so never heard anything about who he is.
Loved this guy's voice, thanks for sharing!
