Dinner talk

Dinner talk gone all wrong...
which usually happens when the adults sit at the table together. It never fails, there is talk of bodily functions or sex. I'm not sure how it happens, but it always does. My mom included. A bit from last night's family get together and we weren't even trying, it just happens:

Sister: Aren't those peppers hot?

Mr. CE: No, here, taste one. Just nibble it. Don't use any teeth. Use your tongue to get the flavor...

Me: What?

Future brother in law stays quiet , head down and keeps eating...

Mr. CE: Go ahead, just taste it. Nibble it and savor it.

Sister tries the pepper and mom chokes

Mom: *cough*... I got a sausage stuck in my throat

Future brother in law remains quiet and must be wondering what kind of family he is getting into...

Me: What?

It never fails people. It just seems to happen. Always an exciting dinner conversation to be had. So, I guess this means you don't want to come over to dinner any time soon huh? Even better, my sister turns to me and says, I'll expect to see this on your blog.

well... what else are you supposed to blog about on the 25th day of NaBloPoMo right?

*LMFAO* Hilarious!!! Sounds like somthing that would happen at my dinner table! Except my mother wouldn't be the one laughing at or making the connections.

Yes, the end of NaBlaBlaBla is coming soon. Then I think I will sleep, eh? Or, something!

I knew you just couldn't wait to put this up here...I'd be seriously disappointed if it wasn't! Hey, at least we have fun...don't worry about your future brother-in-law, he just wishes his family was as kick-ass as ours! We still have to break him in and loosen him up! Thanks so much for the awesome bday gifts! Lots of love,

mb
