A time of sharing...

I have nothing fantastic to share today. Kinda boring. A bit lame I suppose. Outside of the holiday panic slowly starting to set in, I'm somewhat at peace lately. Well mostly. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow that I am very anxious to get results from. You see, it's been a month worth of testing and now a month worth of waiting for the results. It's driving me a bit bat crazy. No fun, so let's make it Tuesday already. m'kay?

I have nothing else to share, but am quite happy to hear (or read) what other's have going on. So go on, share with all of us (us meaning the few people who read here daily).Oh I got a good one... tell me what YOU want from Santa this year.

Here are my picks...

Dear Santa,
Crooked eyebrow has been a very good girl this year. I have. Really. So I would liketo see these things under the tree...

Nikon zoom lens
tripod
jewelry is ALWAYS good
bathing suits for Mexico
cover-ups for Mexico
tanning sessions- for Mexico
new kitchen cabinets
a baby... sorry that gets on every wish list, shooting star, birthday candles, etc
new coach purse
new house
shoes those are good size 11
new sheets(queen)

yeah, that's all I can think of, but there is always more!

Glad to meet another big footed woman! It is so hard to find cute shoes when your feet are HUGE! Hope you get everything on your list!

I would LOVE a Toyota Sequoia....I really don't ask for much!

Wow, you don't want much do you? LOL. I guess my list would go like this:
1. under the counter CD player for kitchen.
2. Big screen t.v. (our 1980 magnavox console is just about dead)
3. Liposuction on the thighs....
4. Digital camera like my daughter's.
5. Gift cards to Carson Pirie Scott for a new wardrobe.
6. Box set of "Will and Grace" DVD.
7. Black leather gloves size XL.
8. Tickets for hubby and myself to the next Celtic Women's concert close-by.
9. Merry Maid service.
10. Last but not least, a day at the Spa to be pampered..massage, facial, manicure, pedicure....
Thanks Santa!!!!

It does seem like cute shoes go out the window once you get above a size 8.5 or 9. I actually wear a 10.5...which is nearly impossible to find.

I would love a new digital camera for xmas. It just bites how expensive they are!!

I want my yearly gym membership renewed and another book of deluxe car washes for a year. I know, I know, I can hear you saying, "You wild and crazy woman, you!"

Such are the wants and needs of a retiree! :>

I am asking Santa for a new digital camera and a tripod this year.

I would also like a new job (or at least a lot more money or less hours) and a 34 hour day (where the kids sleep at least 24 of those 34 hours so I can get some stuff done).

I would also like to loose 25 pounds for Christmas.

That's not unreasonable...is it?

I just hope you get your baby, I will wish that for you. I don't need anymore stuff to STUFF in the closets(I shopped way too much last year.) I remember how much I wanted a second baby, I almost gave up and surprise, there she was. All the best and I'm sending good thoughts your way.

Well I got my Christmas (well "Birthmas") gift early this year, a new laptop. But I have a few items:

Speedlite 430EX
A non-cracked iPod screen (entirely my own fault)
The ability to keep my chin up and my lats down while dancing (so my instructor doesn't have to remind me every time)
To lose 20 pounds by the end of February
oh and the man of my dreams...

I think that's a reasonable list.

Hope everyone gets what they want!

So nice to meet another flipper-footed girl! I'm a 10-1/2 or 11, depending on the brand. Somewhere between baby #3 and #4 my feet grew a 1/2 size or so!
I hope you get everything on your list! I'm wishing for some decent rechargeable batteries (for my digital camera) and a NY Times crossword puzzle book (to keep my mind sharp). I used to ask for a puppy, but that is a losing battle with my husband!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Katie
