In 10 years from now, this night will still make me laugh…

ME: What’s that book on the bed?

HIM: What book?

ME: That book (as I point sternly at this very familiar book lying on the bed)

(I then quickly go to my Christmas present hiding area and flop the exact book down.)

HIM: I bought it today…

ME: GGRRR… (And I couldn’t think of anything else to say. I felt my lips purse and all I could do was shake my fist at him)

I unleashed my shaking fist of fury at him for being a complete dork and buying himself something off of his Amazon wish list RIGHT before Christmas.

Like normal, he just laughed at me.

Further evidence he thinks I'm a complete dork:

This is the look I typically get. Can you feel the love?

But wait, he caved in and smiled, now we are both dorks...

(Before we went out on a double date last night.)

In his defense, he was urinating at the time.

Hey, I get the same look too! That must mean I'm a dork. Cool! I always knew it. If you want to find out how much of a dork, check out my post for today. Your hair looks great!

You are both so cute! Love his expression...He is one handsome dude! Your son looks just like him. He can keep one book in the bathroom and one in another room.

My hubby has strict orders to not buy ANYTHING during November and December. It annoys the heck out of him, but with his movie addiction, I have to do it! *lol*

Dave did this a couple years ago, and he is now not allowed to buy himself anything after Thanksgiving.

I finished shopping for him about a week ago and today, he said "You know I thought of something else I'd really like..."

And I said "Too bad".
