You know it's slow when you find yourself blogging about your new love of a product's redesign...

You know what make me happy?

A well needed redesign of one of our most used products. No longer will I have to pull the pancake box down from the top shelf and have it spill. You know what I'm talking about right? The cardboard box that didn't ever close.

Yes, it doesn't take much to make me happy, but the new Aunt Jemima box does. It makes me very happy. I heart me some good Aunt Jemima pancakes. Just add water! (and vanilla, gotta have that too)

So I share with you, the new easy open(and close) redesigned Aunt Jemima box.

See? Isn't it great?

No more fake wanna be closure on my family's must have pancake mix! The cardboard actually closes now. (Hey, I warned you, it has been a slow, non creative, brain dead week. So I'm sharing my new love of the box.)

Dear Aunt Jemima,
I love you. I'd love you more if you cooked them for me(because I always burn the first batch), but still, you're the best.

Pass the syrup please,
Crooked Eyebrow

And, I just had to link to your post today on my blog. What are the chances that I too would discover a new and improved packaging of a very loved product at our house?!?!?

That's perfect!! I haven't seen it yet, but lord only knows how many times I have spilled that freaking stuff while moving the box around.

But the next box you open, take a look inside and see how much LESS mix you're getting.

I'm measuring 2 & 1/2 inches of empty space - left because their really crafty design has a flaw that would let mix pour out if it were not that low. I think they should go back to the drawing board!!
