Thursday's Random thoughts of "oh how I wish it were warm"

* I'd rather be sitting under one of these again. Going on a gorgeous warm vacation and coming back to freezing temps and gloom can be quite depressing.

* It would be even better with a fruity drink. Instead I'll go make some hot cocco.

* Soon it will be time for pedicures and sandals.

* I think I'll go back to the tanning bed just so I can feel warmth.

* Just having the option of going outside for a walk will be nice. In no way shape or form am I actually saying I would do this, just to have the option would be nice.

* Grilling. Warm weather= grilling season. Hunk o beef on a grill. Yummy.

* To have the need for sunglasses again will be a good thing.

* I want to go back to Mexico. Por favor?

* So, if it can't be warm and sunny, I'll just be thankful that I have warm clothes, a roof over my head and a healthy family. (But, I'm still looking forward to May)

* Notice I did not say summer. Because yuck, it's too hot then! Yes, I'm picky.

Do share your favorite "Oh how I wish it were warm" thought!

I'd like a fruity drink, too. Tank top, shorts, feet in the kiddie pool in the backyard... I'm not asking for much!

Looking in my yard at my frozen swimming pool, I wonder why we bothered. Summer seemed way too short, and this winter has seemed soooo long. I dream of a cruise with lots of sun, and books to read...ah, heaven! I can always dream. Please, do not wake me.

Wonderful post. This is EXACTLY what I needed to be thinking about first thing this morning. Upcoming March is giving me hope that soon we just might hit the forty degree marker, and hell, for midwesterners in spring, that's when we return to flip flops, hahaha.

Oh, thanks for reminding me, I need a pedicure...Love the umbrella picture. It reminds me of my Florida trip last year.
