Thursday's Random blahs

*There isn't much to say today. A throbbing, pounding headache is preventing me from thinking clearly. Ideas are there, just really foggy.

* Excedrin extra strength doesn't help my head anymore. I need stronger stuff.

*If you ever wanna see a girl swell up and turn red as a lobster, give me aleve. I've been in the ER twice. Yeah, lobster throat swelling red doesn't look so hot on me. That and I like to breathe.

*I live on a corner and the last 4 cars blew the stop sign. Anyone wanna buy a 3 bedroom home in lovely northwest Indiana? I'll allow a blogging discount of 5k. How's that?

*Yes, I'm a dork.

*Dinner was ordered in, it was good. Wings and taco pizza. Yummy.

* I haven't walked in days since I hurt my back once again. A deep tissue massage is needed.

*A co-worker who has been recovering from open heart has a massive stroke today during a procedure. This breaks my heart. He is such a wonderful man, co-worker and all around great person. I only hope he pulls out of it, hopefully I will find out more tomorrow.

*I need new gym shoes. My last pair cost $115.00 at the New Balance store, therefore I'm not in any rush to go buy another pair. Good shoes are very important for your feet. Trust me. I see feet all day at work.

*Jc wants to play pop-warner football this year and has been playing with his football all week. I think we might let him play...

*Another car just ran the stop sign. It was a cop. Damn cop. Nothing like setting an example huh?

*My headache is starting to go away. Thank goodness, I was miserable.

*What's is your perfect date night with your spouse, significant other? Movies? Coffee? Dinner?

*Our 8th anniversary is Monday, I still didn't get you anything Mr. Crookedeyebrow! We have purchased everything possible for each other this year.

*Another car just ran the stop sign. Just sayin', I think it may be a problem for people to stop.

*I can't believe that third graders had plotted to kill their teacher! What in the world is wrong with the children of the world today? Third grade? I don't even know where to start on this one!

*Obviously, I didn't have a whole lot to blog about today.

*With all my heart I thank all of you who were so nice on the last few posts. I really enjoyed reading everyone's response to skin care and aging. You all rock.

Smooches and all,
Crookedeyebrow

Darn it now I feel guilty I've missed your last posts. Perfect date night for me is a night in- order in dinner & watch favorite shows. Kids in bed. Ahhh.

We live on a fairly busy street. The city put three speed bumps on the street to slow cars down. But they were baby bumps. And they don't work very well.

OH I love Taco Pizza and I haven't had any in a long time. Thanks! Now I have my dinner plans for tonight!

One of our favorite dates is to go to Barnes and Noble WITHOUT children. Sip our starbucks and sit quietly and just soak it all in. I know, we're nerds.

A good date night always includes a little shopping to buy something I normally wouldn't buy myself. That is probably the reason why Brian doesn't want to go on many dates. :)

And these are the greatest shoes that ever lived. I am on my second pair, my sister is on her first, and they are on sale for seventy bucks: go here, they're at dick's.

They feel good the second you put them on. For real. (and they work with the Nike iPod thingy. Which makes them more awesome.

If my link doesn't work, let me know.
