Make a ride with Ridemakerz

This past weekend thanks to Ridemakerz and BSM Media the Crooked Eyebrow family was invited to share the experience of building our own rides. What an awesome time, Jc is still talking about it. We all had so much fun picking out and customizing our own cars. Cars aren't just for boys anymore with ridemakerz...

The entire process is much like build a bear. (In fact Ridemakerz is backed by build a bear). Ridemakerz is a store that the entire family will enjoy together. It's done in stages where the "customizer" picks out a body style, sound, a motor and wheels. Then it is off to the pit challenge!

In the pit challenge you build your own ride and timed all with the AMAZING help of the RZ crew members. Folks, these people were awesome with the kids. The RZ members base their service on the five C'z ( Choice, creativity, confidence, collaboration and community) and it shows. When we were chatting it up the the RZ crew members we asked what they loved about working there. You know what each and every single one of them said? "making the kids happy & it's all about the kids". Hello? I loved them. What great attitudes.

Once you've built your ride it's off to customizing. From stickers to magnetic hood vents and sweet spoilers. These rides are reasonably priced and the best part is that once you leave the store your ride is never done. You can always add more later or interchange parts between rides. Perfect.

So how did JC like it all?

He had a BLAST!

We all opted for the remote control motor and have been having a blast ever since. Ridemakerz made our weekend and so many more weekends to come. I hope it for you too...

The best part yet?? I have (1)$75.00 gift card for Ridemakerz for one lucky reader!

TO ENTER:
1. Go to Ridemakerz and on this post tell me which car you would customize.

2.Get an additional entry if you twitter about the giveaway from @crookedeyebrow and @ridemakerz. Just comment separately for each time you twitter.

3. Contest ends on JC's Birthday, December 1, 2008 @ 1pm.

*if you do not have a store near you, you can customize on line!

I used to work at Build a Bear and making the kids happy was absolutely the best part of the job. I kind of miss it some days because it was so nice to have kids just thrilled to see you!

I've never heard of this before, but what a fantastic idea. My 3 boys would go GA-GA over this. I know Carson would pick the Dodge Viper Red Venom cause it would remind him of Lightning McQueen. Great giveaway and Happy Thanksgiving!

Cool...I've heard about this place. There's one in Indy. My son would love this. I'm not so sure what he'd pick because he'd love it all. I think I'd pick the Laser Blue Mini Cooper. Thanks for doing this :-) Happy Thanksgiving.

I would choose either the Rascal Atomic Red or the Punk Pink! This looks like a really cool place to take my son.

My favorite color is purple so it would have to be the Sling in Purple Craze though I'm sure my son would choose something different!

My boys would LOVE this. I like the RZ Rascal in red, but I'm really not in charge of picking out toy cars in this house!
