Since starting the sisterhood I have really made an effort of changing my eating habits. Although this past weekend was rough (with having the boredom munchies) I still managed to shed 3# . With one week of stronger portion controls, a wee bit of exercise and a huge amount of water under my belt I am feeling really, really good about it all.
My total weight loss goal is 50#, but for this challenge it's 7#. It's a stretch but it's so worth the try. I'm already down 3# for the challenge itself but have lost 7.5 # since the site began. Nice, real nice!
