Shrinking Jeans 2nd challenge: week one

Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans

It's that time again.

Last week The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans launched it's new challenge "Looking Fine for Valentines" . With even more bloggers signing up for this challenge we are already to start the first week weigh ins.

My goal for this challenge is to lose one pound a week and make exercise a routine, not a hassle.

Official weigh in last week: 207#

This week: 202#

Yes, -5#. BUT I have been very ill for about 4 days and have not been eating or drinking. Therefore, I fully intend to see this weight go up once I'm better.

Awwwwe!! Hope you feel better. But don't worry you'll keep the weight off because you live and eat healthy. So look at it as something good that came out of being yucky sick.

Well, there's nothing like a good illness for quick weight-loss, that's for sure! I'm glad you're feeling better ~ that will help your determination and dedication levels!

Yes, you'll likely gain some of it back, but the overall downward trend is the important part!!

First,I hope you are feeling better.

Second, you don't know that you are going to gain some of that weight back. With exercising and healthy eating you could maintain it and lose more for next week.

What a tough way to lose 5 pounds! Hope you're quickly on the mend. While you do expect to gain some back, I believe most of it will stay off....getting you closer to reaching a new decade of numbers! YAY!
