When all else fails, go random.

For weeks I have been trying to hammer out some kind of post. I swear I have all this shit floating up there that I have intentions of writing about, but I just can't seem to make a real post out of all of it. So when all else fails, go random.

*I haven't taken any photos for months and have begun to miss it. My mojo was lost so to speak. After taking bad ones I started to second guess my ability, my eye, my entire love for a new found hobby. Now that the sun is starting to peek out more each day, I'm hoping I start seeing things in a whole new light.

*Currently I can not get enough crushed pellet ice. I love it. The only place I can find it at is DQ and this doesn't please me.

*I gained 1.5# in 2 weeks. This does not please me either. Maybe I just have to poop. Seriously? these pre-natal vitamins are killing me! So don't get that strange look on your face as you read this. There is totally nothing better than a good poop people.

*A few years ago after having chest pains and palpitations I was diagnosed as having a very common condition, mitral valve prolapse. Thankfully I have not have any problems with it since, until now. So far with this pregnancy I have them all too often. This morning I was attempting to shave my legs and while bending over it felt like my heart stopped and somebody was stabbing it. I took it as a sign not to shave, we'll see how long I can go.

*Have I told you how much I love chewing this ice? Holy shit, I have found my new crack.

*My husband has been running every night after work, getting in shape, looking good and I now have this HUGE fear that he'll be looking all hot and svelte when I deliver and I'll be huge, swollen and unattractive begging for lipo and a tummy tuck. I totally have to get my large ass moving.

*This weekend Mr. Crookedeyebrow and I are going to see The Blue Man Group again for our anniversary. I am quite excited and we have first row (in the center) seats. We'll see just how messy we get. Can't wait!

*I love coach purses, love them. I own a few but then realized that I can no longer spend money on such items if I ever want to pay my credit cards off in this life time. Yesterday I looked on the their site and I could honestly say that out of all of them I only like 2. So, I will continue to save my money because there is no way I am going to pay $400 for a purse I like. Nope, can't do it.

*Altoids Tangerine Sours are the bomb yo!

*When I lost weight around the holidays thanks to sisterhood of the shrinking jeans, my one good pair of jeans became way too big. When I was going to buy a new pair, I found out I was pregnant and then just tolerated the huge, fall off my ass jeans and wore a belt. Now with my expanding waist line I can wear them without a belt. I'm guessing in four weeks or so I will be hitting the maternity section and Target and Old Navy.

* JC informed me that his friend is "cheating on" his girlfriend. Hello? They are in the second grade so clarification was needed...

Mom: What do you mean he cheated? Like he copied from her?
JC: Well mom, she caught him kissing another girl behind the monkey bars!
Mom: Really? (long pause with crickets chirping)
Second graders kiss by the monkey bars??
JC: Uh..yeah, they all do.
Mom:Have you kissed any girls?
JC: Ew, no!
Mom: Good, keep it that way for a few more years.
JC: (speechless with stunned, grossed out look)
Apparently the hot spot is behind the monkey bars, who knew?
*After the above it made me think of my first kiss, which wasn't until the beginning of 8th grade. Seriously. 8th grade and now they are kissing in the second grade? Shit. That birds and bees talk is going to have to take place before the 4th grade for sure.
*My ice to chew is gone. Damn.
* Recently I have had such vivid dreams. Last night it was about crazy shopping carts that were coming to life. Shopping carts. I could totally be having dreams about hot sexy men feeding me ice cream in bed and I'm dreaming about demon shopping carts. What's wrong with this picture??
I told you I hate the grocery store....
Now I want ice cream...
*If you could have any flavor of ice cream, what kind would you get?
Mine, today? Moose tracks.
shit yeah.
I can almost taste it.

I had three bowls of ice cream today. All chocolate chip and all amazing, but now I am thinking that I have an appointment next week, and I probably shouldn't try to gain ten pounds between now and then.

Pregnancy weight gain is such a bitch, isn't it? You know it happens, but it still doesn't make it easier!

STOP chewing ice!! That is one of my biggest pet peeves ever!! Augh!

2nd graders kissing is scary. Averie told me today that a kid in her class (4th) is goth and has 13 girlfriends and he cheats on all of them except for one. OMG. I kept my mouth shut.

Blue Man Group? Jealous

JC's friend is growing up far too fast! I am so relieved that my son 13 has yet to "kiss" a girl! Not that he doesn't want to, he just hasn't. The talk does come quite early, just follow his questions and your heart!! What has motivated Mr. CE? Don't worry so much about your weight gains, make wise choices and you will be fine!
BTW, I really miss your pics! Start posting your hobby soon!

PB & Chocolate! And I LOVE that kind of ice. Pizza Hut used to have that. Hope you find it where you can buy in bulk!

And I'm laughing about everything you've written here (and JC- OMG?)

You're hilariuos:) And I'd like some choclate almond ice cream, yummy...oh ya it needs whip cream and more almonds on top!!! The baby books say nuts are good for you, so two servingings in my ice cream seems justified, right? We are just a few weeks apart, can't wait to grow with ya! And my hubby is on a health kick too, he's looking all sexy while I'm looking all fat! Oh well it's worth it:)

It's great to hear from you, CE! I think everyone has missed you!!

Don't scare me with the kissing in 2nd grade. SMFD, I can't handle that crap! My first kiss was in 7th grade!

Since I've banned ice cream from my house (because I'll eat the whole container in one sitting), I can't answer that question. Otherwise I might be tempted to go out and buy some :)

Demon shopping carts? Weirdo!!!

Okay, I know I'm behind on reading, but you cracked me up here. Love it!

I hear ya on the Moosetracks! YUM! And I live within walking distance of a DQ...want me to go get you some ice? ;o)

This post is awesome. My mitral valve prolapse was worse while I was pregnant, too, especially in my first trimester. Hopefully it'll ease up once you get a little further along.

I want some Cherry Garcia now. Or the cake batter ice cream with sprinkles. YUM. You shoud have some. The baby needs calcium. Also, and this is probably TMI, potato chips with nacho cheese sauce was my magic pregnancy poop food. Worth a shot. ;)

I am a HUGE popsicle fan with pregnancy and I spent my entire 37 years not digging popsicles at all. Now they are my crack. And ice cream.....let's see....gotta go with Haagen Daaz cookie dough!

I nominate you for the Best Random thoughts Award!!!! My favorite ice cream is Baskin Robbins nutty coconut or pistacio.
OMG, I fully agree with you on the poop thing.
I use to work in 2nd grade and I didn't know they kissed behind the monkey bars. I loved the Blue Man Group when I saw them. I can't wait to hear about your night there and how messy you got.
I hope you find more ice pellets. That's a great fat free craving!
