This week was yet another chaotic week that involved eating on the go and not having enough time to start the exercise program that I had hoped for. I feel like a failure when it comes to that, but sometime life just happens.
When I'm nursing the baby I imagine myself running, but then she wakes up for the 3rd time in the night and those daydreams fade.
Motivation is the key, now I just need a locksmith to make me one.

Down another pound is awesome! So much better than up a pound like, ahem, me.
You'll get into the exercise again, no rush.
Time will come. Take care of that little one.
It is SO hard to get motivated! I swore I would be exercising after four weeks, but here I am at 7 weeks postpartum and still haven't been back to Curves. Between the nights of broken sleep and the illnesses that my 3 and 5 year-old girls keep sharing with me, I just can't find the energy yet. Worse yet, I have to back to work on the 23rd. What the heck am I gonna wear??? :)
HOORAY for that 1 lb...Proud of you!
Great job! It is tough to move the motivation into action - especially with a new baby... You will get there and one of these days before you know it the daydream won't fade.
